Hello everyone. How are you? We all know depression is because of the biggest problem nowadays in this competitive world with a lot of desires and pressure. It's also affecting youth very much as they have a lot of tension about their future and for parents, it is to do as well as they can do for their children and to provide them with the best facilities but do you know how it affects you?There are a lot of reasons that affect a person in a negative way and just destroys his inner peace and happiness and there are many reasons for that.
1) Thinking too much
As we all know every problem have a solution and we should be relaxed to be happy in every condition but no one applies this to their lives as if a small problem occurs they think too much about that instead of facing it. Overthinking kills the person.
2) Sitting Idol
Don't be Idol. Yes. There are many persons who have a very fixed and small routine and have a lot of time left free and if you sit Idol than your brain will not have any other work than to just think and mostly that leads to Some negative thoughts in our mind. Just engage yourself in some work.
3) Expecting too much
These days everyone wants to have a standard Life which is really great but everyone doesn't have what they want and that's also the truth. You must try to happy with whatever you have and should work hard to get what you want. When you want something very seriously and you don't get that then that also leads to negativity in mind.
4) Taking others very Seriously
Everyone likes when someone praises them and you and I are also the same but the fact is that it's not necessary to get everything you think you will. There are people who will say bad about you or demotivate you and if you took that seriously it will badly affect your mental peace and lead to depression.
5) Not doing something New
If you get similar food every day then you will be bored of that and in a similar way if you are doing same things every day then your brain will think limited and you will not feel excited to do anything and that's another reason for depression. You must learn something new in a particular period of time.
6) Unhealthy routine
This is one of the biggest reason for depression and you would have noticed that many times. If you are not giving priority to your health and have a bad posture you will feel demotivated and unhealthy routine will lead to many diseases also and an unhealthy man is airways less happy as compared to a healthy person. As it is said, "Heath is Wealth”.
7) Overusing smart Devices
We all use smart devices like smartphones, laptop, games etc. What happens when anyone uses smartphone very much if that they become habitual of using these devices and whenever we are free we just use these devices and that affects our thinking capability and after sometime when we don't enjoy using this we feels really low and bad.
Conclusion:
So, these are a few reasons for Depression. It's a big problem and everyone should take it seriously. You should try to be as happy as you can with having belief in yourself. Have a beautiful smile on your face always. Stay strong and Happy because that's what life is all about. Thank you.
